What If I Need to Cancel ?

You have the right to cancel or change a reservation 96 hours before the start time of an event. In the event of a cancellation less than 96 hours before the start time of an event, you have the option to reschedule for another event or receive a full refund less processing and handling fees.

Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted by email PDF, fax, or mail using the form below. Cancellation requests must be received before midnight of the day prior to the start of an event.

What If I Need to Change Dates?

You have the right to change your reservation to a different event of equal value and such requests must be received 24 hours before the start time of an event and notification for a need to change event dates must be received in writing and be submitted by email PDF, fax, or mail. You will be able to schedule the future event on the form. Please use the form below.

What If I Missed an Event?

You must provide notification within 30 days after the conclusion of the missed event in writing and submit it by email PDF, fax, or mail using the form below. You will be able to apply the cost of your registration fee toward a future event should an event be offered in the future. There is no guarantee that the same or any other event will be offered in the future.
