How It Works

The following diagram visually describes the registration process through to logging into the actual meeting on the day of the event for your time zone.

What Hardware Do I Need?

For hardware requirements, you'll need a computer where you can hear the audio through your computer's built-in audio speakers or through connected speakers, headset, or headphones. An option exists that allows you to use a telephone to call in and listen over the telephone and you can put the phone on speakerphone if you like. Hardware requirements and options are detailed more below:

• Computer with a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome.
• An internet connection using DSL or Cable modem
• Computer audio sound. If you hear sounds from your computer now when it starts up and shuts down, you have all the audio you'll need for the meeting. You may want to listen through a comfortable headset or headphones if you are in an office environment so as not to disturb others.
• Optionally, if your computer does not have audio capability, you can call a telephone number and listen through your telephone. This is not recommened unless you have a speakerphone or a headset connected to your telephone. NOTE: The phone number is not toll free, so you will need to have unlimited long distance service if you choose this option.
